Buff follows the life of a remarkable Native American man born with Myostatin-Related Muscular Hypertrophy, a rare genetic condition that grants him incredible strength. Growing up to become a Marine and later the Chief Deputy Sheriff in Pennington County, South Dakota, Buff’s prowess leads him to achieve the title of World Champion in weightlifting.

Driven by a deep sense of duty to his people, the Lakota, Buff starts his own business, traveling the world to help those in need, both within and beyond his community.
